  8. Thank you for purchasing Professional Page.  May we remind you
  9. to return the registration card.  This will enable you to take full
  10. advantage of Gold Disk's Technical Support services.

  12. Installing Professional Page to your Hard Disk:

  17.    To guard against damage to your diskettes, please write-protect
  18.    them before proceeding.  Move the small plastic slider so that
  19.    light can be seen through the hole.
  20.  
  21.    If, while installing Professional Page, you are told that one
  22.    of the diskettes is write-protected, DO NOT
  23.    enable it.  Instead, hit the CANCEL button on the requester,
  24.    Abort and restart the installation, this time choosing a
  25.    destination on your hard drive.

  27. Version 1.3 or higher of the mWorkbench software must be installed
  28. on your Amiga in order for this installation procedure to work
  29. correctly.

  31. Many users can install Professional Page to the SYS: partition of
  32. their hard disks.  This is where the mSystem, mUtilities, mPrefs, and
  33. other standard drawers can be found.  If the Workbench only shows you
  34. one disk icon for your hard drive, then this is the place to install
  35. Professional Page.

  37. Some users, however, will not have enough room in the SYS: partition.
  38. Owners of Amiga 2500's, especially, will likely have a very small boot
  39. partition and other, larger, partitions on which their programs and
  40. data files are stored.  These users should install Professional Page
  41. on one of their larger partitions.  If all install options are selected
  42. then approximately 2.7 MegaBytes of free space will be needed in that
  43. partition.

  45. The installation procedure for Professional Page is now done through
  46. the Commodore installer utility. To install Professional Page
  47. double click on the Hard_Disk_Installation icon and follow the directions.
